Advantages | You can save the initial costs.
You can renew the contract up to 3 months under the same contract terms and conditions. ※From the 4th month, you’ll have to sign the long-term contract. |
By saving the electricity and gas, you’ll save your utility costs.
Since you are joined to the fire insurance, you don’t have to worry when there is an emergency. |

Some or all of the security deposit will be returned. Since the fire insurance has a surrender value, it will be refunded if you go through the procedures. The security deposit will not be refunded if you move out within 3 months. |
- ※If you sign the short-term plan at first and wish to extend the contract, it will be changed into the long-term plan.
- ※Even if you move out from your house and move into a new house that ‘Sharehapi’ owns , you have to sign a new contract. You’ll have to live at the same house for more than 3 months to be recognized as a long-term contract.

Necessary Moving Expenses
- ●Fixed deposit of 30,000 yen
(After the cancellation of the contract, your room will be observed and if there is no problem you’ll get your deposit refunded to your bank account on the last day of the following month you move out) - ●Home contents insurance 6,000 yen per year

Pet-friendly Properties
For the pet-friendly properties, we require an extra charge of 3000 yen. (Only one pet is allowed per person)
For the unnecessary equipments in the private room
There are some furniture or other equipments that we have prepared for you to use in your private room (bed, table etc.).
However if you do not wish to use them, we can remove them from your room. We require 3,000 yen for this.
